中华火锅/Hong Hu Restaurant @ Bugis

at bugis, the steamboat business is mainly dominated by da two names which are 天天 and 中华. previously i oledi tried 天天 so now, the chance is here to taste the other.
personally i think the soup base for both is almost da same..

but 中华 seems win a little for its food's freshness

a little suggestion from me is.. dun choose da big shop at da corner..both of them are full of people.. choose the smaller shop(if you r walking from bugis to 天天 or 中华, its just located a few shops b4 reaching da two shops). the smaller shop not so crowded and not so many people fighting da food with you..haha..
