海天楼 @ Pan Pacific Marina

Although this restaurant is quite high standard, but through my company, a poor guy as me got to taste some nice food. haha.. the food is really not bad compared to hotel restaurant that i have tasted before.

Cold dish(Prawn Salad, Japanese Baby Octopus, Jelly Fish, Deep Fried Crab Meat Ball and Braised Duck Thai Style)

Braised Lobster Broth with Shredded Scallop, Crab Meat, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Crab Roe(ohh..its da first time im having this dish. i prefer this dish more than sharkfin lol)

Wok Fried Fresh Prawn with Celery-Honey Beans in Chef XO Chilli Sauce and Deep Fried Seafood Springroll(I vote this to be the best of the nite..da prawn is so alive..i mean springy..hehe)

Roasted Spicy Chicken with Shallot and Garlic

Steam Fillet of Sea Perch with Minced Garlic in Superior Soya Sauce(the way they make this hokie style is really great!)

Braised Sea Cucumber and "Bai Ling" Mushroom in Superior Oyster Sauce(the sause fully wrapped around the vege..ooohh.. its really saliva dripping)

Braised Ee Fu Noodles with Shredded Roast Duck, Snow Vegetable and Yellow Chives (this is the worse dish of da nite!i think even if im da cook will be better then them.. ahhaa)

Chilled Cream of Mango with Sago(oppss..do they know it is my favourite?)

For all da dish above, im going to have it da second time for this weekend. haha.. dun jealous ya.. :P
