When im intro to this dish, first thing, the color doesn't impress me. It seems like normal steam chicken but when i go near, wahhh.. the smell really makes me tempted to hav a bite! compared to others salted chicken i had b4, this really stand out as it is not too salty and the mixture of the herbs they use really makes this dish perfect. It is really a must try dish! But sorry i forgotten the name of this shop.
