From my own opinion, Ichiban Boshi with so many chain stores already and with their name made in SG, they still maintain their food well.. If compared to others, not saying those high class Japanese Restaurant, i will prefer to visit them lo. Da biggest picture, i think is da smoke salmon, i like da best! but they still lose their deep fried sushi to Nihon Mura lo..
