this is my first time trying this nyonya taste and i like it so much. i do not know how exactly to explain the taste.. haha.. in layman's word, its really nice and really 够味. the nyonya sauce really coats the whole chicken nicely. to me when i say 够味, although i like it, but maybe to some1 else they will say its a little salty. hmmm.. overall love this dish just that da chicken is over fried a little which makes it a little hard but its still acceptable. 茹 said that she prefers the nyonya fish more. Will update if i tasted it next time.
