since tasted ahsoon bakkutteh which i personally think is great, 茹 told me that there is another stall that is better.. can i belive wat i have heard? ahsoon already is superb and thr is another 1 that is better.. oh my gosh.. last weekend, my chance came.
as da stall is located at kota tinggi, so its counted quite far if we wanna go to that place. travelling from kulai takes me about 45mins to reached that place. it better taste nice if not will waste my petrol and oso my strength for waking up early. we heard frens said that, if we r later than 10am, mayb a lot of things will be finished by then. as we r not sure how to get thr, although we r travelling on da right route, but we still phone our frens to get help. a very clear description from her fren is when reach da crossroad, left is to kota tinggi, right is to desaru, pls go straight and will reach da place around 5-10mins. this direction is great. we finally found da place around 10am++ and this stall seems to build out of nowhere as around it, is all palm trees only.. there were so many cars parking and people mountain people sea.
finally we found our seats. we ordered a pot of bak kut teh for 2, pig trottle for 1, fried dough fritters and preserve vege(梅菜).
da 梅菜 taste is not salty which we complaint at first but it seems to have its own theory behind as it is use to neutralise da bak kut teh and pig trottle's taste.. hahaa.. this is wat we thought. when da main dishes were served, my saliva really was dripping..
from da looks, it really win la especially da pig trottle. hoho.. when i taste da soup of da bak kut teh..oppssss.. really, it is VERY good.
the herbal taste is really very very "heavy" and i love it so much.. and wats more? all the meat inside was really tender.. wow! i love it even more! ok.. lets c da second dish.. pig trottle colour is damn attractive.. tasted its gravy.. i raise my hand.. other bowl of rice pls.. haha.. 2 words.. DAMN GOOD! i do not fancy of pig trottle but this 1 really makes me EAT.. but of course da soft, slimy skin i wont eat la.. sumtimes really hate to eat bak kut teh as it always makes me eat 2 bowl of rice.. hahaha..
really its a high recommendation to those who crave for bak kut teh.. hmm.. actually compare to ahsoon, they have their own great taste.. but i dun think i can travel so far everytime jus to eat their food.. so many ahsoon will still b my preference.
