r u a fan of guo tiao zai? actually i'm not as most of the guo tiao zai i tasted is not that nice. most important is da soup base. recently i have tasted two stalls of this dish and i really able to compare wat is good and wat is not!

let me briefly intro to you da lousy 1. this shop is located at taman sri tebrau just next to the shell station. i'm here not for this dish but saw ppl eating, and da colour of its soup was quite tempting. ordered a small portion but it proof to me that dun judge a book by its cover.

although its colour is nice, but the taste was quite bland. bad move.. haha..

as da taste is not enough, da meat, eggs and beancurd that comes with it do u think it is nice? :)

here let me intro to u da guo tiao zai which i myself would like to drink up all da soup in da bowl.. haha.. forgot to ask if they can top up da soup.. wahaha.. it is a small stall located near to foon yew high school and the zon.

hmm.. but the exact location, i dunno how to tell wor.. their soup is also quite dark in colour and when the food was served, by smelling, this dish already win. first hot hot spoonful of soup into da mouth.. woosshhh.. i cannot stop la.. again i wanna say, kuey tiau kia dun have taste de, if da soup is not nice, meaning da whole dish can throw.

saw 茹 keep smiling throughout the meal, meaning da picky tougue was very statisfied. we ordered an extra bowl as a bowl is nvr enough. hiak hiak.. next, i oso wanna highly intro about their eggs..

how did they actually make their hard boiled eggs to have a full taste of da soup? da eggs already fully turn black, same as the soup colour. it is better than most of the herbal eggs which was normally sold. da only thing i'm not satisfied is their beancurd. i think they already finished selling their beancurd then they simply just put in new one in. when we ordered, the beancurd is still yet to absorb da taste, and they just sold us like that. not a good idea to picky customer like us. too bad, when we reached da place was quite late about 11.45pm. their stew duck already long gone. 茹 said that it is their famous dish. nwm, anyway im quite sure that i will be back for more.
