From da traditional cold platter, da first dish was changed to a small look alike "punchoi". not bad not bad..
is this a shark fin soup? how come so funny taste de.. hmmm..many people complaint about da taste.. and it is quite salty
hmmm.. for da fish, it is hk style. the gravy tasted nice but da fish have a funny taste. hmmm.. dunno how to describe.. just felt there is sumthing wrong.
no comment in roasted pig but it is unable to be compared to 北京楼. the duck deep fried together with yam. hmm.. seems da two taste unable to mix together. a weird dish too.. haha..
scallop with mix vege. okok la..
prawn fritters.. three types of cooking but all are fried only different toppings.
tasted quite nice BUT it is too fat..hmmm.. if da "three layer pork" is not fat then this dish is not nice.. so i only eat a little of da lean side.. altough it is nice but i prefer not to touch.. hiak hiak..
