天天火鍋 @ Bugis

This is one of the "HOT" steamboat option in Singapore. In bugis itself, they already have two shops. One is directly opposite Bugis Junction and the other one is at the other end.
They serve a few different soup base and the type i can remember are the chicken soup, tomyam and 麻辣. not sure if there are the porridge or 药材. we are able to choose between having two soup base($18) or one soup base + bbq($20). During weekends to get your seats, it is normal to wait about 15-30 mins if you are at the peak hour.

Before the soup boils, let us try some of the cooked food first. hmmm.. my tougue told me they tasted bad!haha...

There are quite some varieties to choose but for me, i always only attack the 豆腐皮. my favourite and that makes sure loose the $20 that i have paid.. haha.. After a hot hot session, a mixture of coldies is sure a welcome.

If compared to AMK's, the items are quite similar just that the price here is slightly higher. (Weekend price $15 vs $20)
