My 27th 4th of June

Before the clock ticks 12, hope i can conclude what have i done for today.
As per normal, wake up at 5.30am, brush up myself and left for my saturday work. Today's breakfast is special as im eating my birthday cake! haha.. there were two pieces. One was a strawberry flavor while the other piece was a coffee caramel if im not wrong. haha.. The strawberry is very "strawberry" as internally it is fully packed with strawberry slices. The coffee caramel, hmmm.. its really too sweet. if it is not my birthday cake i will not finished it lo. hahaha... but anyway very thankful and grateful to J who present me this two slices of cake. but too bad, the outlook of da cake became a mess after it had a ride on my bike. haha..Around 10am, received a call from brale J. When i click ans, sum1 already singing happy birthday song at the other end. i ask him dun pattern so much b4 he ended his singing but i appreaciated it a lot. furthermore a sweet shy voice also wish me. hehe.. thanks A. I only worked half a day today then i joined P for lunch and a macro photo shoot at Alexandra Hospital, The Butterfly Trail. We failed our main objective(temporary i cannot say wat is it as i do not know if somebody will follow P's creativity for a contest) but very thankful for P to acc me for about 4hrs on my bday. hehehe.. make me not so lonely ma.. kakaka.. before finishing the photoshoot, got a message from KL asking if im free tonite for a dinner. at first, my bro already said wanna cook the dishes that i like for dinner but after L's invitation, i postpone those dishes to tomolo.. hehe.. then i can eat 2 different nice nice food. hahaha.. back home to freshen up myself and i set out to meet them at Orchard. the attendees for da dinner is KL,C,MH,FC&BY. They ask me to choose between Japanese and Korean. No need to think, Japanese of course. We settled into Tonkichi. I saw this restaurant manby times but nvr step my foot into it. Today finally im here and when i opened the menu, wah.. the price is quite expensive lol compared to other Japanese food. They are famous for their pork but im craving for ramen. haha.. the Tonkotsu Ramen doesn't taste very nice lo.. i still prefer Ippudo's. I did not tried the pork but they said it is too dry. no comment as i did not tried it.After having da dinner, bade gud bye to my fellow braders and sisters, back i go home and have last activity. A birthday jog. hahaha... Completed my 6km run in 31mins32secs. Thats all what i have done for my 27th 4th of June. Report completed. Case closed!
Oppsss.. now its already 5th June! ^.^ Hope i have a gud year ahead. God bless me~

If im not wrong, the previous chapter the ending is sumthing like Jack is dead? but how come it does not tell y is he not dead? hmmm..

HCMC Day 4 Part 2

Saw from some1's blog stating that from 6.30pm. Benh Thanh market will be sumthing different from what we see in the day. we reached thr about 6.30pm. know what, the only different i saw is most of the shops are going to close. haha.. i have been cheated! stroll around the area till 7pm yet its da same. already felt very hungry, so decided to leave for our dinner destination.BBQ Garden is our selection that nite. this was the first night i ordered Vietnam Beer as my drinks. Vietnam is very popular of their beer as they are really very cheap. 1 bottle cost less than $SGD1. even cheaper than the soft drinks!haha.. im not a pro in beer drinking, to me the taste is almost same as Tiger. to me da bbq items r not superb, but still okla.. everyday taste Vietnam food, hav a change of other pattern also not a bad idea. haha..After the dinner, we proceed to have our coffee again. every nite we our yum kopi. although i know i will b hard to fall asleep, but how can i reject da nice coffee at Vietnam. This time, we entered Trung Nguyen Coffee. I ordered da most expensive coffee but it doesn't taste any different lo. haha.. wasted!
*ps just found out that there is a Trung Nguyen Coffee shop in Singapore. =.=" we go all da way to Vietnam to have sumthing which i can get in Singapore! Its located at The Heeren Orchard. Can have a try, the normal milk coffee is not bad just that a little too sweet. :)

HCMC Day 4 Part 1

It is a free and easy day.. set off from da hotel to some attractions in da morning. It a bad idea following da route from Lonely Planet! it took us 1 hour to walk to the Jade Emperor Pagoda BUT there is no pagoda!!! walk so far but nothing to c i damn @#$%&..the gals seems very tired for walking so far.. wat to do.. then continue following the route shows in da map. after 15mins we reached the second location. The History Muzeum. Luckily this muzeum is in its place!b4 getting in, i saw a stall selling sugarcane..its like a blood rush in me to get 1 to conquer my thirst. this sugarcane is da best i ever had. haha.. not meaning i too thirsty only i said that. its really nice as they added some pomelo juice into it also makes the combination of both juices PERFECT and it only cost 4000dong!
we proceed into da muzeum.. i dun like going into muzeum.. always i felt very boring.. haha.. but this time is a right time going in as i can get shelter from da hot burning sun.. after the muzeum, we visited the local post office. wat i can say is this post office is n times nicer than wat i ever saw in msia or singapore lo. the design is very old fashion but very interesting. It is also one of the tourist attraction at HCMC. all of them bought a postcard and send to their friends but for me.. who should i send le? hmmm.. better take more photos.. hahaha.. this post office itself has a lot of souvenirs for sale and i got my first item here.
after the post office, we headed for our lunch? PHO2000 is the destination. It is just located beside the Benh Thanh Market. From what they said, the former US President, Bill Clinton ever stop by to have a pho. The Pho from this restaurant is better than wat i had at Pho24 but i still think the taste is a bit blant. What i like most in HCMC is their drink! very very pure and it seems like im eating the fruit itself. hahaha.. im lovin it!
Satisfied with our lunch, we set off to the second bag shop "near" Benh Thanh Market. From da map seems very near but mayb with the afternoon heat, it seems very far. it took us more than half an hour walking to reach the place and the bag we wanted is not in stock! i saw RJ face already turned red. i dun dare to kacau her for the time being. so after coming out from the shop, i paced up to find a taxi. Luckily, a taxi driver stopped by jus a few shops away. Hopped in and we proceed to the Saigon Square, a place which also sells clothes, bags and souvenirs. The most important thing is, it is fully air conditioned! Unable to find my bag there also. Anyway, after this location, back we go again to Benh Thanh Market for some snacks to bring back. b4 stepping in to da market, stop by to have a high tea. I had a glass of sugarcane again and it was equally nice but felt that my head was chopped by this guy. 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 glasses of sugarcane and a coconut cost is 120000 dong! day light robbery!!! wat to do.. still need to pay! got half a kilo of preserved jack fruit from da market and its like in a war! so hard to communicate with this auntie! and her maths really good lo.. i oledi blur..dunno how she count da price but luckily HC is around..hahaha.. sorry r.. i always fail my maths de.. :P

HCMC Day 3 Part 2

After a nice lunch, thr we go for a shopping spree! actually not we.. its me! i found a shop named Bagvina which sells a lot of crumpler bags. hahaha.. i got a lot of orders to buy bek da crumpler which is damn cheap at Vietnam. For wat i think, it should be 90% fake but i cant get such price at sg or msia even it is fake!haha.. i bought 3 bags from this shop and some which is in my list were already sold out.got bek to hotel and had a bath and thr we set off to our nex plan. Da water puppet show! before reaching da place, we were shown around HCMC. at times we just walked pass some buildings but do not even know wat r they. so have some1 to tell u, it is really clearer of wat is around u. The water puppet show is not GREAT but still ok la BUT our bro HC fall asleep! hahaha.. nothing to say.. mayb its sumthing for children like me.. hahhaa.. wat make me so interested about this show is, im keep thinking how did they perform such show? hmm.. till now i still very blur...After da show, we had our dinner on a cruise. the food is not great but da experience is not bad la..
I did not show all da food photos as at first my camera setting got some problem which leads to ugly photos which im unable to accept the results.haha..
After da dinner, still have some time. at Vietnam, how can we miss their coffee. This nite we really lah kopi.. haha.. we step in to Highland Coffee.. and first time i tasted white chocolate ice blended coffee.. quite nice but it is a bad choice as that nite im unable to SLEEP!!! aih... forgot everything about that.
