Fish Spa

Finally no need to OT today as me and coll already planned to go for a fish spa today. two of the guys put aeroplane...but we still proceed with our outing.
at first, planning to go to QianHu but got to know that it closes at 6pm. luckily found out that jurong point has 1.
before letting the fishes have their dinner, we checked in at Burger King. I already forgotten when was the last time i bought a burger thr but this time, the burger i ordered really quite nice.


Time to let the fish die as we almost 10 days nvr wash our legs since we plan the trip..hahaha...just jk




The photo above shows a few "mountain turtles" feeling very excited to let the fish bite!haha...luckily im not in the photo..from the left "Swiss",ZYao,ZHan&Ah"Fad".

At first feeling when the fish bite is very ticklish but after a while no more feeling. Just like a needle poking softly on ur leg but after about 20mins, the feeling of the needle seems to be come harder..haha..no more dead skin liau..the fish is actually eating my flesh..hahahaha...after the whole therapy, the place whr the fish bites actually felt a bit painful...but now its ok liau la..i cant imagine how ahTan can let the fish bite his whole body...hahaha....



its a good experience and a nice outing..hope there will be more in the future!

Life is short...dun simply give up on it

today saw a lot of post regarding the 22 years old guy committed suicide because of relationship problem. Now his news seems like hot cake...everybody is discussing it on twitter and FB.

is it really so hard to accept when somebody break with you?
do you think that after you end your life then you will make somebody remember you the whole life?

before you do anything foolish, please think n times. for what you have done, it may actually harm a lot to others especially to the other party and of course ur beloved family.

from my passed experience, whr 1 of my fren pass away,everybody will be sad at the specific moment. but when time goes by, who will actually remember you beside your family?your name and memories of you will be gone with the wind...so is it worth it to sacrifice your previous life?

so everybody out thr, stay hapi, live your life to the max, enjoy, and dun work too hard(dun b like me who r going to kisiau)...hahahaha...cheers!

Brain problem

I always have a problem with my brain...since young im always very forgetful but recently i found out that it has become more and more serious.
After staying at my bros house, already 2 times i forgot to lock the gate and door after i went into the house. the keys are left hanging at the lock.
Always forget to take my water bottle after i finished filling up at the dispenser.
Always forget where i placed my components which makes me spend a lot of time searching it back...
What happen to me...sumthing wrong to my brain?

Standard Chartered Marathon

I believe and i swear it is the last standard chartered 42km marathon that i will run...the main reason is...the sun so BIG until wanna pengsan..how to run...aih...sundown is much better...

besides the timing, i still wanna complaint how come all marathon need to run the EAST COAST route!!!no other places to run liau mer...it covers 20km of the total route...its really very sienz always running the same place.y dun just run the whole PIE or other highway...then also can get more than 20km...hahaha

the good thing about this marathon is the scenery is nice, where i can run on the F1 track, look at the Marina Bay Sands hotel whr im just underneath it, looking at the flyer it all sorts of viewing angle and most important, its is very clear to c all the gals running along with me...hahahahaha...

this time round, i beated my own recorded whr i able to complete a 23km run without stopping but also fail to achieve my previous total record. The total time i took to complete the whole course was 7hrs 20mins...for adidas sundown, i only took 6hrs 32mins...almost 1 hour more..aih...

wanna complaint the organising group for the race. How come will lack of the sizes of the Tee? i think the number of sizes taken by people you all should know clearly...making in the end, only left XL! no eye c... too big for me lo...

after the race, left that i seems like paralyse...each part of my body hurts...my face,neck and both of my hands are fully sunburned!and i became BLACK not dark!hahha...alamak....yang guang nan hai doesnt seems to fit me...should call chao ta nan hai...haha...although i ache severely, but i'm not the 1 in the most serious condition...yinghao and evan seems normal..but leong le, become big slow penguin but the most serious is hwa...hmm..mayb not enough sleep, sugar and too tired after the whole event, muscle cramp here and thr...fainted in the MRT really shocked me as my fan ying is too slow to catch him.luckily one uncle standing behind him...thanks to the auntie that gave us the cap kapak feng you...

After having a happy but not nice lunch at TCC, Milieanna Walk...each of us went home...after i reached home, mayb too tired, i forgot to lock the main door and left everything opened!thanks god nothing happen...i slept from 6pm till the next morning 6am..12hrs straight..its so nice but when woke up, the acheness really hard to stand...each step is really torturing...thats bad...at office, everybody is laughing at me..saying i should take mc...hahha...

lastly, i wanna shout out to the big eyes cheering missy at 20km check point! you look gorgeous! hahaha...thats all folks!!!

I'm the next iron man!!!

Single

Since one month ago, i have been back single again after a four and a half year of paktohing...
Thanks for so many people who concern of me..throwing so many question...here is some FAQ...

No feel already lo...

Both agreed together lo...please dont misunderstood that she is the one who said it lo...

3)How am i feeling?
Of course i'm down la...who wont jek...but still have to face it lo...although u look me like nothing, but still sad la...i think she more sad than me...

4)But why still wanna break?
hmmm... i dunno

5)Is it that you or her got a third party?
I can confirm NO lo

6)Are you happy to be single?
Not much different lo, just that when going or doing sumthing no need to specifically tell somebody...i know how my frens who r single felt when going out wit a couple liau...hehe

7)Is there possibility to patch back?
See how God arrange the path for me la

42km, i'm going to reconquer you again...

Another time i'm going to attempt to conquer the 42km. Last year, i used about 6 and a half hours to complete, can i do it again? last few weeks the max i can reached was 8.8km...i think walking should be more than running ba... haha...
